Cassandra Sheehan is an associate in the firm. Her practice is focused on various types of domestic relations cases as well as general civil litigation.
Cassandra works on domestic relations matters, custody and visitation disputes, the prosecution and defense of protective orders, equitable distribution of assets, child and spousal support, contested and uncontested divorces, as well as negotiating and drafting marital settlement agreements and pre-nuptial agreements. Cassie also handles adoptions, guardianships, name changes, and post-divorce enforcement matters. In addition, Cassandra works on a number of non-domestic civil litigation issues, including, but not limited to, commercial and residential landlord-tenant matters, issues faced by homeowners associations and condominium associations, property disputes, estate litigation, collections matters, and various types of lawsuits involving businesses and individuals, including but not limited to fraud, breach of contract, and defamation matters. She additionally assists with transactional work such as foreclosures, the drafting of contracts, and the preparation of business and corporate-related documents. Experience in various types of law allows Cassandra to bring a multi-faceted approach to resolving her clients’ legal problems.
