We have merged our law practice!
As of January 1, 2016, Melnick & Melnick, PLC has merged its law practice with the law firm of Pesner Altmiller Melnick & DeMers, A Professional Law Corporation. Paul H. Melnick has joined the firm of Pesner Kawamoto as a shareholder.
In this merger of practices, the attorneys and certified paralegal staff of Melnick & Melnick, PLC have moved their offices to those of Pesner Kawamoto in Tysons Corner, Virginia. This merger of practices has combined the experience, expertise, skills, and knowledge of the attorneys and staff of the two law firms and further enhanced the top quality service that is provided to our clients.
Why have we merged?
The attorneys of Melnick & Melnick, PLC and Pesner Kawamoto have known each other for many years and have collaborated on numerous cases. The practice areas of the two firms are complimentary and enhance each other. The merger allows the attorneys from Melnick & Melnick, PLC to serve clients in additional practice areas such as real estate settlement services and domestic relations. Our current practice areas of estate planning, commercial and residential real estate transactions, estate planning, estate and trust administration, and litigation have been made even more robust by the combined skills and experience of the attorneys and staff of the two firms. Our clients will be well served by the easily accessible and fully ADA compliant law offices of Pesner Kawamoto. Although the attorneys and staff from Melnick & Melnick, PLC have new contact information at the new firm for telephones, faxes, and email, their previous phone and fax numbers and email addresses have been routed to connect with the new firm.
