Experience
Raissa Wilbur is an associate at the firm. She is a member of the litigation team and her practice is concentrated in landlord-tenant issues, homeowners association (HOA) and condominium associations, and business disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wilbur worked as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney for Fairfax County, where she handled a variety of cases involving violent crimes, sexual assault crimes, drug crimes, financial and property crimes, and traffic crimes. Ms. Wilbur has extensive experience trying cases in the General District Court, Juvenile & Domestic Relations District Court, and Circuit Court. She also worked at Legal Services of Northern Virginia, where her practice focused on housing law, consumer law, and elder law.
