"Every successful zoning has a great story at its heart.

I help clients create a strategy to turn that vision into a development approval."

Ms. Rosati's practice emphasizes land use and zoning, including representation of developers and investors in obtaining entitlements approvals,  and offers her clients a full range of land use expertise including representation in feasibility studies and due diligence, and representation of clients in judicial appeals and litigation on zoning and land use matters.

Ms. Rosati represents home builders, Fortune 500 companies, not-for-profit organizations, investors and landowners. She works as a strategic asset and member of the development team, bringing together community leaders and neighbors to build consensus, and helping clients navigate the development approval process.
