Steve Elliott

Steve works for the law firm as a closing coordinator making the initial contact with clients and agents, ordering titles and surveys and assisting with scheduling. He also works on the back-end assisting in real estate post closing matters.
Steve has worked for the law firm's affiliated title agency since 1998 and is licensed in Virginia for two national title insurance companies. Following his original career as a telecommunications technician he acts as the liaison for the law firm for its Information Technology, telecommunications and equipment needs.

Alexis joined our firm in May of 2021. Alexis is responsible for assisting Heather Steele and Linh Ly on the litigation team and other attorneys on an as-needed basis. Alexis graduated from George Mason University in 2020 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology, Law & Society and a minor in Forensic Psychology. Prior to joining our firm, Alexis worked as a Legal Assistant in Southern Virginia in Workers’ Compensation. Alexis also has experience through internships with the International Centre for Missing and Exploited Children as the Information Technology Intern to the Chief Technology Officer and Valera & Associates as a Legal Intern. In her free time, Alexis enjoys spending time with her dog, Archie, and traveling with her friends and family.

Callie S. Bailey

Callie joined our firm in November 2022. Callie is responsible for assisting Paul Melnick and the Trusts and Estates team. She graduated from George Mason University in May 2019 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Government and International Politics with a Minor in Legal Studies. Prior to joining our firm, she worked as a paralegal for a local Elder Law firm. When she's not in the office, Callie enjoys the beach and trying out new restaurants.

Desiree Adragna

Desiree joined our firm in July 2022. Desiree is primarily responsible for assisting John C. Altmiller and Leonard C. Tengco on the litigation team and other attorneys on an as-needed basis. Desiree graduated from George Mason University in 2012 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology, Law & Society with a minor in Intelligence Analysis. She also received her Master’s Degree from George Mason University in Forensic Science in December 2015. With a decade of experience, Desiree previously worked in other areas of the law including, trust/estate administration, medical malpractice and personal injury. Desiree enjoys spending time with her family, completing puzzles and relaxing when she is not in the office.

Bryce joined our firm in December of 2021. He graduated from the University of Virginia with a mathematics and economics degree, and is also a certified PMP project manager. His hobbies include composing music, gardening, and playing board games with friends.

Noah Rupy

“Noah joined our firm in February of 2022. He works in the real estate department, under Susan Pesner and Nana Yeboah as a Legal Assistant, assisting them and the real estate team in various support roles. He currently works full time with us during the summer, and part time during the academic year. He is in his last year at George Mason University, and will be receiving his B.A. in International Relations December 2023, as well as becoming proficient in American Sign Language. In his free time, he enjoys going on backpacking trips, cooking, and reading.”

Aisyah joined our firm in August of 2022 and has been assisting the litigation team.
She attended Virginia Commonwealth University, where she earned her Bachelor's of Fine Arts in 2021. Prior to joining the firm, she has served in mission driven organizations dedicated to spreading cultural awareness to the community.
She has a curiosity for the legal system and looks forward to learning about the ins and outs of court. When she's not in the office, you can find her relaxing at home with a book or cooking home meals for her loved ones.

Tiesha Williams

Tiesha joined the firm in July of 2022, she is a Washington D.C. Native, she has attended Gibbs College for Criminal Justice and The University of Phoenix for Social Work. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for a tree company that serves the NOVA area.
In her spare time, Tiesha enjoys cooking, writing and reading, and spending as much time as possible with her two sons who are 15 and 10. You can also find her listening to her favorite music Jazz, as well and enjoying the great outdoors.
